Shipping policy


 

Shipping costs within Germany

For orders under €50.00, we charge a shipping and handling fee of €4.90.
Orders over €50.00 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs to EU member states 

For orders under €150.00, we charge a shipping and handling fee of €9.90.
Orders over €150.00 are shipped free of charge.

Worldwide shipping

For orders under €250.00, we charge a shipping and handling fee of €16.90.
Orders over €250.00 are shipped free of charge.

If the delivery is to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable to the relevant authorities there. We recommend that you check the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing your order.

Delivery times

Delivery in Germany takes place within 2 to 4 working days at the latest, and to all other EU countries within 4 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after conclusion of the contract.

 

We ship all deliveries via DHL GoGreen.

Returns 

You can return items from your order that do not fit within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be unworn and unwashed. 
Return procedure:

  • Enclose the completed return form
  • Pack the goods (preferably in our shipping packaging)
  • Returns within Germany:

Option 1: Use the return label enclosed in the package; a €5.50 return fee will be deducted from your credit note.

Option 2: Frank the package yourself and send it to the return address below.

  • Returns from countries outside Germany:
    Frank your shipment yourself and send it to the return address below.
